Old Customer, Poor Service

    I’m one of the first customers my experience has been below average over the past few years. Good plugin relatively speaking with great potential but poor development. There hasn’t been one version without a ton of bugs and features that don’t work completely. Very slow response to issues and poor support team (not much of a team to begin with). If you know how to code go ahead get the plugin and make fixes yourself, if not you will be waiting anywhere between a week to several MONTHS for fixes and updates.
