Old DB schema, new wordpress

  • I recently moved ISPs. Before doing so I did a mysqldump of my wordpress database, so I have a nice .sql file that I can use to resurrect it on my new ISP. The problem is that the wordpress that my ISP has over here is newer, and the schema is different.
    Is there some sort of conversion script that I can run to convert my old schema to the new schema?

    Restore the old DB to new WP, configure wp-config.php and run upgrade.php
