Old email address still connected to profile

  • Hi there,

    I use this WordPress profile account with my office email. First I was using it with my personal email address. Now I want to create another account for with my personal email, but it says the email already exits. When I try to reset the password with my personal email address, it says that “The specified user does not exist.”. Somehow my personal email address is still connected to this account. I already deleted all subscriptions to topics, but it didn’t help.

    How can I create an new account with my personal email address?

    The forum limits you to one email address per account (even if you change the email address afterwards)
