    Hello!
I’m here because in my weekly and daily top there are posts that are from a long time ago, and I’m sure that these posts don’t get as much traffic as to appear in the top. I’ve checked the Google analytics and Jetpack statistics at the same time and these entries I’m talking about have hardly any visitors. I have enabled the option “Only show posts of the selected range” but I do not want to have this option enabled.

This happens in the top daily and weekly that I have enabled.
    Any help? Please.

    Hi!

If those old posts are appearing on your popular list, they definitely have been viewed by your visitors. This topic might help understand the differencd between analytics tools, I recommend reading it.

If you want these posts excluded and don’t want to use the time range filter, you can use the Post ID(s) filter. Other than that, there’s pretty much nothing else you can do to prevent old posts from appearing on your listings as people will continue to click on them. That’s the nature of popular posts lists.

Good to be honest both Analytics and Jetpack have similar results. There should be an option to select the range I want the entries to be displayed without necessarily being the same range as the top.

I’ll consider this suggestion. For the time being you’ll have to make do with what’s currently available.

I’m marking this topic as resolved for now.
