  • Hi Makway,

I can’t reproduce the problem on my end or on your page. I would recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps.

    1. Use the latest software versions : make sure WordPress, your theme and plugins are all up to date.
    2. Cache plugin : if you use a server cache or cache plugin, please clear it’s cache content and disable caching via it’s settings.
    3. Browser :
    • Check for plugin conflict : deactivate all of your plugins. If it fixes the issue, re-activate your plugins one by one, until you identify the plugin in conflict.
    • User of a child theme : activate the parent theme if you use a child theme
    • Javascript : make sure you did not insert custom javascript code ( like analytics, subscription popup… ), for example in a widget, that could break your site.

    Hi emranemranx
“I can’t reproduce the problem on my end or on your page.”:
    1. Open my website – denjata.ru
    2. View page code. Use the search to find favicon – https://yadi.sk/i/v8DSf_OHQLq8Jg
This code added the old Hueman topic to the database. After updating Hueman, this data remained in the database.

    Hi Makway,

Kindly confirm that if you have followed the troubleshooting steps mentioned above? If not, then please follow them one by one and see if they resolve the issue.

I did everything you wrote. This did not solve the problem.
https://yadi.sk/i/wnl2I2445Er6jA – I added this icon through the old interface of your theme Hueman. After the topic was updated, this code was not deleted.

I do not know much English. Maybe because I can not explain to you. This problem is already described in detail here:

The author of the question offers a solution. But I would like to hear from official technical support whether you can use this solution. Will there be any problems.
