Old Post images to new path? Hotsting Account Suspending Soon, Need Help !!!

Hi Ulfben,
am really in need of help as my hosting want to suspend my hosting account, I really need to know how can I change my existing posts(old posts) images to the new path for years and months. The hosting recommended me to go for VPS which I do not have the budget for it.

Hosting email: “In order to resolve this, you will need to clear the folder bellow or redistribute it’s content so that no directory exceeds the 2,500 files limit, we were forced to suspend your account, against our wish – until you will provide a response to our inquiry.”
