II have 60-100 products. A few days ago, everything was working perfectly, but nowadays, some products translate properly while others do not. Please share the solutions.

    Hello,

The autoamtic engine will only translate content in one particular language on one particular page the first time someone views that page in that language. This means that there is no complete scanning and translating of the entire site. Instead, it’s done incrementally as the pages are accessed.

In case some of your products are not translated, it could mean they were not acessed by you or by the users in the front in different languages in order for the translations to appear. Alternatively, you can force translations by browsing in the Translation Editor. This would be like browsing all the languages at the same time. Translations will be retrieved for all languages for the content being viewed in the Translation Editor.
Also, it if some products are not translated it could also mean you reached the limit of the machine translation and you should upgrade the quota. Please, check in the TP Settings –> Automatic Translation tab.

    Hello Alex,

On my site, there are two languages: English, which is the default, and French. Sometimes, without any action on the translation plugin, the variation select box and ‘add to cart’ button automatically appear in French, even though the default language is English. To temporarily fix this issue, I replaced only the translation table from staging to production, which resolved it. However, the problem recurred after a few days. Please provide a permanent solution.

    Hi Team,

Thanks for the comments above. However, the above steps which you have suggested seems to be for premium/paid customers and we are using a free version of the plugin currently.?

    Hi Alex,

Thank you for your support. The initial issue has been resolved. We are currently experiencing a new issue with the search functionality. I will open a new ticket for that.
