I have the free flexible shipping plugin installed.

Originally someone had tried setting this plugin up and wanted 3 different shipping prices depending on the sum of the total product pricing.

    Example: 0 – 25 dollars shipping would be $8.95
    25.01 – 50 dollars shipping would be $12.95
    50.01 – 98.99 dollars shipping would be $15.95
    Over $99 FREE shipping

Simple right? So originally the first person entered in each option as a new shipping option within Flexible Plugin. Thus, there were 4 shipping methods. I realized all you needed was ONE method with 3 or 4 rules created. So I deleted all the methods and created just one. I created all the pricing rules within that method.

When I test the page it correctly picks my method and correct shipping price determined by the product price total, however it ALSO shows the OLD methods I had deleted.

It seems they are stuck in the database as I’ve deleted the plugin completely from WordPress and reinstalled it. Anyone run into this issue before?

  • Hello @nettrak

We didn’t manage to replicate this issue, so I have a few questions for you:

What WooCommerce version are you using? Please send us a WooCommerce system status. Here’s a screenshot showing how to get it.

How did you remove the methods from the plugin? Did you use the Remove selected option? Or were you using some other way?

Are you using any cache plugin? Try turning it off and check again.
