Old search form on mobile

  • Hi,
    I added this Plugin to a customers website. I made some changes how it is placed in the navigation.
    When I check the search on mobile (tablet and phone), it is the right search. After I searched for a product, the product page loads and the old search comes up. reloading doesn’t help. cache is empty.
    I tried to search for a article number again and it can’t find any (cuz it is the old search), but when the site is reloaded, the new search form is viewed again.

    Then I tried to add the search trough a shortcode into the navigation, that didn’t work at all, it only viewed the shortcode, but not the search.

    Has anybody had that problem?

    Hello,

    Sorry, but I can’t reproduce this issue.

    I go to https://nail-universe.de/, search for ‘Acryl’ in the header search form and than click ‘Alle Ergebnisse zeigen’ button to go to search results page. On this page I also see AWS plugin search form.
    Maybe I do something wrong?

    Hello,

    I am sorry, it needs to be an article number like: G.100.001
    Could you try it on a phone or tablet with a search with the article number?

    I just test it on mobile and all seems to work fine for me.
    It is strange that you have different behavior on mobile devices because search form
    must work similar on all devices.
