Old Variations Still Showing

We have products in our catalog that are somehow showing an old category that we had created called School Of: We have since added a new one called Centerband but the old School Of is still showing for some reason.

It doesn’t affect the flow of the cart but is confusing for users. I cannot see anywhere where to remove it from the control panel. Any assistance would be great.
