Old version of WordPress

    Hi, i’m managing a website that run on a really old version of WordPress (3.5.1) and i tried to install an old version of Seo by Yoast (7.0) but i receive a message of fatal error. I know i need to update the WordPress version but it’s a little bit slow because i need to make a backup, so i was looking for a quick solution.
    Someone can help me?
