Older Entries link not working…

I new to WordPress and I’m slowly getting a feel for it. However, I’ve created a blog page and the “older entries” link is not working. When you click it, it loads the same page again and shows the same 5 posts. Obviously I have more that 5 posts in my blog.
As you can see I’ve set the page to display 5 posts at a time…[code moderated - use the pastebin for any code over the forum limit of 10 lines]
can anybody help???
