One of my sites is up to date (WP 5.1), I have been working normally, today, I tried to search for a file by name in the media library, and it did not show up.

I changed from grid and only see 54 pages with media, the site is old, from 2006, so I must have thousands of images.

All were uploaded via Media Library or Composer, they exist in the server, and are shown in posts normally, I do not see lost files or broken links.

Inside the db, I was able to search for the file and it shows attached file and metadata in the postmeta table and its reference in the post table.

I tried a plugin named Fix Media Library, it said I have around 5k images, I ran the program, but did not make a difference. Maybe I missed something.

Is it possible to fix this issue? I could not find more info, hope you can share some ideas.

    Thanks

you try to filter by year and day of Media Library ? and this not work ?
You can find this image on storage of hosting/server and get this name into search form of Media Library try again. i think can resolve this.

Now, today I found a crawling error coming from Google… my year tags are numbered 2010,2011 and so on.

Chrome said it had too many redirections, Firefox only said it could not connect. However, it only happened in the English version of the site, the Spanish one has an -es suffix in the slug.

I was curios to modify the slug in the English year tags, once the redirection worked, I was curious to go back to the Media Library and now I can see 400 pages inside, and search worked again.

Sincerely, I do not understand what is the issue, and if will ever come back, the only plugin I disabled was BackWPup and Redirection, however, once I reactivated them, everything works as usual.

Thanks for your time assessing this Lê V?n Phú.
