Olsen light Theme- Importing sample content after deleting

I have activated Olsen light theme and worked on it, downloaded also the sample content file on my computer and than deleted it accidentally without uploading and installing it. I’ve also no more notice with a link, where I can download the file once again.
Can you please give me an advice how to get the sample content file again.
