    I just installed the Olsen theme and the top menu doesn’t show up at all on phone/tablet devices! When you click the symbol, it just blinks. Can someone please help? My site url is opinion9.com

  • Hello.
    This could be a result of a plugin conflict. Temporarily disable all your plugins (if you have caching plugins, empty the cache before disabling), clear your browser’s cache and retry. If the issue goes away start enabling plugins one by one while checking to see which one is causing the problem.

    Hi nvourva,

    Thanks for your suggestion. I did as you suggested, but the issue is still present. What should I do now?

    Thanks for your help.

    The theme’s scripts do not appear to be loading. Have you edited any of the theme’s files?

    Yes, I had removed the featured images codes from the page.php, content.php etc.

    Any changes made in the footer.php?

    Yes. I removed the copyright and only then I realized there was an option in the customizer for that! Oops. Is that part of the problem?

    Hi! I just restored the footer.php, and it seems to have fixed the problem! Thank you so much for your help. I wonder why that happened? I’m pretty new to coding, haha. Thanks again!

    Most likely you removed the
    <?php wp_footer(); ?>
    line, which is responsible for calling all theme scripts, without the scripts many features tend to break.
