OMG!!! After restore total crash

To interpret a PHP fatal error like this one, it’s important to look for the path-name in it.

/data/web/virtuals/94413/virtual/www/wp-content/plugins/polylang/include/model.php

This one is coming from the “Polylang” plugin. You’d want to de-activate that plugin (see choice 1 in https://www.ostraining.com/blog/wordpress/disable-a-wordpress-plugin/ ) – and that should bring your site back up; then investigate what is wrong with the plugin (e.g. ask in their support forum).
