OMG! FULL OF BUGS AND CRAP SUPPORT

  • Used to work well. I even bought the pro version. Then the SH$#@ started. BUGS BUGS BUGS!!..
    Every single update to the plugin deactivated the pro license. Their response to the issue was, “Please install another unrelated plugin to help us troubleshoot.” HECK NO! You are supposed to be developers and be able to troubleshoot and debug your own software.

    Support was extremely rude and didn’t care. DO NOT INSTALL THIS PLUGIN. It is a nightmare to deal with.

    The issue you are having is not with our Plugin, but with the license validation and the issues that WordPress Cache and Transients are having.

    We asked to install a third party plugin, so we can help you as fast as possible, to clear your cache and transients and manage to validate the license again fast.

    We do try our best to have our products working 100% for everyone and as support, we try to handle each and every request as soon as possible, to maintain each client site working properly.

    Again, we are really sorry you was having issues with the license validation, but we also want to make clear that the issue was not with the actual functionality of the plugin.

    Hi Thomas,

    I’m sorry you fell that way. In our private messages, I suggested you as well what you can do to fix the validation issue. This “bug” occurs because we received a wrong validation link from your website and the issue was fixed.

    When you use the Pro version, even if the Validation error occurs, basically this issue shouldn’t break the plugin functionality.
