OMG I BROKE IT. HELP>

I have been having some issues with a login plugin that I was using. It functions fine but it was also coming up 2x on a page, once hidden though. So I thought I would try a different plugin. NOW, that plugin will not let me login into my own account. It goes straight to a paypal link. It should go to the admin section. I am STRESSED and PERPLEXED.
