• Hi – installed plugin, hit save and optimise. From reading through the Advanced Setting tab, this should have created a folder on my server in wp-content/uploads

No folder there. I tried changing the path to /omgf-webfonts as suggested in another support thread. Nothing there.

I can’t find any mention of OMGF. In the plugins folder there is Host-Fonts-Locally, which I presume is the main plugin entry. But nothing else. `

The fonts are still being loaded from the google server.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi!

Can you check the permissions of your wp-content folder? Are things like image uploads, etc. coming through okay?

What happens when you manually create the /uploads/omgf folder? Is your server capable writing files then?

Uploads seem to be fine. I just created a folder called omgf in the wp-content folder. No problems doing that.

I’ll pressing save and optimise again, see if it writes anything in there.

Don’t forget to update the setting in OMGF to save the files to/uploads/omgf ??
