  • Link to site? Did you back up? How is your file system set up? (Index in root, WP in subdirectory?)

You haven’t given any information *at all* that could help solve your problem.

oh yes, sorry about that, i was worry once it happened then i post….so i forgot all these.

I just tried again and found…..it is OK for other themes but just not the one I am using (Fauna Theme).

    Here’s the Index php file:

Hope someone can guide me how to fix it, thank you very much!!!

    Additional Info:
*Yes I’ve backup of database and the blog files
*my WP is in sub-directory under root

    https://www.giamour.com/temp/index.php.txt

There’s your problem. The extension of your index file is “.txt”. You need to rename it, it should be “index.php”

You’ll have the *be sure* you change the name properly, some places – although you change the name, it won’t change the extension. So either open the file in Notepad and “save as” index.php, or FTP into your account, right-click and change the filename.

NO, i put it as .txt becoz i want to show the “codes”
that’s not the blog’s index page, i put in TEMP file for reference. Anyway, thanks!

I’ve given up!!! I changed to use another THEME coz it works without problem, just FAUNA doesn’t work!

    THANK YOU!

    Ahh…I see.

well that’s some weird coding. Glad another theme worked for you (sorry I didn’t catch that), but that index page is odd. I see what’s going on, but it looks like it’s not finding the “cat_sidenotes” category – it’s looking for posts in that category to display on your index page. If you don’t have a category named that, and/or haven’t made any posts to it, it’s set to not display anything on the index page.

Just sayin’, in case you ever wanted to use it again.
