Omitted line breaks in sent email

I have two sites on the same host, using the same version of wp (6.1.1), the same version of php (7.4.33) and the same version of the plugin (5.7.33)

One site was omitting the line breaks, the other was not.

The one omitting the line breaks had “Use HTML content type” set, so I unset it, and the line breaks came back, but of course the html tags to bold certain items no longer bolded those items. So I set it to then again “Use HTML content type” and bold is back, but line breaks are gone.

When I turn HMTL on for the other site, the line breaks did NOT go away, so I’m not sure what else may be different between the two sites.

I just thought I’d post this here in case it helps somehow.
