Comments display missing

  • My comments section is not displaying on the front page of my site, which is a post page. I have clicked Allow people to post comments on the article in the discussion section. I am using the Mortgages theme designed by AZ Money Web Design. Thanks for your help!

  • The theme is not set to display comments on the index page – only on the single post pages

    You would need to add the comment code to whichever file your theme uses to display the index page

    The last couple days, I have lost my “comments” link at the top of my new posts, but not the old ones. Eventually, it will show up (as I hope today), but it bothers me greatly. Obviously, comments are allowed as they are plainly visible on the home page and at older individual post’s pages. Is this a problem at WordPress servers? Too much “comment traffic”? If not, what do I do now that I have not had to do in the past?
