    Hey Guys,

    I’m an IDX Broker Platinum client and I just called IDX Broker support and they verified that the API key is working as expected as well as the omnibar, however when I add custom fields to my omnibar they do not show up. They believe it’s a caching issue on the WordPress side.

    Please let me know.

  • We’ll need some additional information to look into this further for you. Please send an email to [email protected] with the following:

    – Version of WordPress
    – Version of the Impress for IDX Broker Plugin

    Before emailing you can try looking in your plugins to see if there is anything like W3C cache and disable to determine if that will resolve the issue.

    Also, if you have IDX under Tools, clear that cache as well.
