    Dear Sirs,

After installing Omnibus Directive plugin the lowest price set by discount rules shows but it is without tax. Is there any way to add tax to the amount shown?

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Before we begin troubleshooting, we wanted to gently remind you that our plugin is designed to seamlessly integrate with your WooCommerce tax settings. This means that any discounts applied will also take into account your tax settings, whether they include or exclude tax from the product price.

The same applies to our Omnibus add on – it will gather data from your discount rules and adjust accordingly. So, if your settings include tax, it will be included in the price. And if tax is excluded, it will also be excluded.

Could you kindly double check the tax setting to make sure they are set to include tax?

If you still face issues, we would greatly appreciate it if you could open a ticket at our support forum here -> [email protected] so we can continue assisting you further.

Thank you and have a great day!

    Team Flycart.

    Thank you for your answer!

The thing is we are managing products in store without tax but on frontend are displayed with tax. So it would be great if there is an option to choose to display prices with tax or not.

Is there maybe an option to add php script which would override this setting and display prices with tax?

    Thank you!

    Hi,

Thank you so much for your patience, and we apologize for the delay in getting back to you.

As mentioned earlier, our current functionality follows the default tax settings in WooCommerce. We feel that overriding these settings to display prices with tax included might not be the best fit at the moment.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to assist with custom development tasks at this time. We really appreciate your understanding and hope this doesn’t cause any inconvenience.

We would be happy to pass this valuable information along to our dev team and explore the possibility of incorporating your feedback in the future. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us and for your cooperation.

For further queries, we would greatly appreciate it if you could open a ticket at our support forum here ->?[email protected]?so we can continue assisting you further and avoid major delay.

    Thanks,
    Beneeta.
