• Omnisend CS team is great, and tech team is knowledgeable.

    They had a missing feature “total spent” in segmentation.

    I request for around 3 days and the tech team developed the feature. It should also be available to all users.

    I am more than happy to migrate away from the old email tool.

    I have been getting assistance from many of the CS team: Nikola, Kristina, Olesia and Deniz.
    All of them are professional and nice to work with.

    They don’t BS but really helping you to resolve the problem.

    It’s a really great service level.
