Omnisend team is great, responsible, customer caring

Omnisend CS team is great, and tech team is knowledgeable.
They had a missing feature “total spent” in segmentation.
I request for around 3 days and the tech team developed the feature. It should also be available to all users.
I am more than happy to migrate away from the old email tool.
