    Oh wow, something’s not fully right there.
    Can you maybe share the URL to the site so I can take a look what could be happening?

    Also you can give the following setting a try:
    Events > Settings > Display tab > Event Template > Default Events Template

    hey @andras, thanks for your follow up! you can see the URL in my post.
    I would prefer not to change the layout on a production site until you haven’t checked.
    I could not reproduce on emulator but I guess using a real device (browserstack? or similar) could get the trick done

    If you can’t reproduce it either, I’ll see if I can get another round of feedback by using the default template

    Can you see which browser the user was using that may have caused this issue, or recreate the situation in some way?

    @jaimemarchwinski I think the browser is Chrome.
    What’s interesting is that I opened the same page on my mobile device (Oneplus 3T, full hd) and had the exact same issue in portrait mode. THen I refreshed the page and it was solved.
    Css loading failure?!

    Thanks for your response. I haven’t been able to replicate this issue on Chrome or on mobile.

    Hmm, it is possible that the CSS isn’t loading right away in some situations, which is why it needs a refresh.
