On a Page, Table layout issue. Aligning different sized tables.

This is what I want on a Page:

>Full screen layout (No Side Bars)
1/4 Table Short length
1/4 Table Short length
1/4 Table Short Length
1/4 Table Longer than other three, on the Right Side Of Page

The Catch: I want the content outside of these tables to appear below the short tables, beside and below the longer table.

As you can tell I am not a “Techie” so please bare with my explanations and please try to dumb it down.
UPDATE: I may just want Columns and not Tables to achieve this. Again, rookie.
