    and
    Deprecated: Function ereg_replace() is deprecated in \wp-content\plugins\formbuilder\formbuilder.php on line 777

    Hi James,
    I installed your plugin after desperately searching for hours in the repository for a really GOOD one and I think I did succeed….then when activating I got the 2 warnings from wp debugging.

    OOOPS! Hope I can still use it. Using WP 4.0
