On and off switch

  • Hello,

    So here is what I’m looking to do…I want a button added to the top admin bar that lets me hide or show certain WordPress menu item on the left. I log in a lot just to do accounting and order checking… so it would be nice if only those items where shown. Then if i need to do site changes and can click a button to show all menu items.

    I hope that makes sense. And does you plugin allow this.

    That’s a novel idea, but this plugin doesn’t have a feature like that. It doesn’t provide any way to quickly toggle menu items on/off. To hide something, you would have to go to the menu editor and change the visibility or permissions of each item. If you later decide to restore the items, you would have to go to the settings page again.
