On Broadcast, non Permalink URL & No Title in Facebook

Hi there :),

Plugin works great, big fan and probably will continue to use it, however my niggle is that when I send out tweets, the non-pretty-permalinked URL is used.

(eg. https://twitter.com/WrestlingBets/status/472114306046099456)

Not a **massive** issue, but a bigger one is that when it is broadcasted to facebook, it isn’t pulling in any title or Open Graph data, which could be affecting clickthrough rates.

(eg. https://cloudup.com/cD5H11w1tSv)

Any ideas?
