On Click of PDF doc opens site homepage

Greetings!
Here’s what’s going on, I just can’t figure this out. We’ve got a set of documents uploaded. Everything seems to download fine on click, except for PDF documents. This has happened with both this plugin and with Boone’s plugin. Any ideas why PDF’s won’t play nice? When you click on the document title to download, it opens a new tab with the correct URL (something like this: https://vibrantfaith.org/?get_group_doc=14/1421457659-1TheVision-Jan2015.pdf) but what is actually showing up is the site homepage. Any ideas?
