I have been trying to get a pop up to fire when the user clicks on a button. It is working on desktop, but unfortunately it does not work on mobile. The pop up is displaying a form from Mailchimp for WordPress. Here is the link:

I have the most current version of WordPress and Boxzilla. I have tried both the javascript and the html (my theme strips out the javascript so that is a no go). I have tried disabling other plug-ins.

    Here are my settings:

Load this box if: Request matches any of the following conditions.
    if post is newborn-safety
    everywhere
    Box Position: center
    Animation: Fade in
    Auto-show box: Never

    The code on the page:

    a href=”#boxzilla-1624″ img src=”https://crystalamberphotography.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/09-1609-post/button.png” / /a

    I’d love some suggestions!

    Hi,

You didn’t turn on the feature to not display the box on screen smaller then… ?

What mobile phone and what mobile browser are you testing with?

Did you activate test-mode to make sure the box is not hidden because of a cookie on the phone?

    Thanks for letting us know.
