  • Hey James,

I checked your website and the current behaviour on download, does not seem to be the default one. In fact, if you notice the URL, it stays the same. While I understand this may be a hassle, would it be possible for you to test this by switching to default WordPress theme?

    Hi Harish,

How can I do this without losing all content and changes that I have done for my current theme?

Sorry, still learning with all of this!

    Many thanks

    James

@jgeer55, you usually don’t lose content by switching theme (unless your theme is very non-standard), the site will just look very different until you switch back.

No problem guys, I seem to have sorted it out.

Just chose to open in a new tab, which opens > Downloads the file > Closes the tab automatically once finished.

    Sorry for being dense ??

    Appreciate the help!

    James
