On CSV Imports: The Previews Work Fine, but No Events or Venues Import

    I have created sheets for Venues and Events following your instructions. I am able to load them into Preview and align all the fields, but when I click Imports it says Import Complete – No Venues were imported or updated. I have tried with Venues and Events with no success. I even tried using your sample sheets and they would not import. I have disabled all plugins and used standard 2017 theme and 2020 and they simply won’t import at all. Very frustrated I have also submitted a support ticket but not heard back. I am a 4+ year customer and really need some help here.

    For me to understand and learn more about your setup, could you provide the version of the following?

    1. PHP
    2. WordPress
    3. The Events Calendar
    4. Theme and Version
