On free version, When creating a user and give free access membership

Hello Support,

When I create a user in WP and give free access membership to test how it will look if someone pay for membership. I give the user a 7 or 30 days access and I have double check in membership history the level cost is free plus status is active. Yet, when trying to login to my site : https://oktravail.com/login-2/ with the test user I created it tell me the password or username is incorrect.

How can I fix this ?

do user really have to pay real money to login into the site?
