    Hello,

    I’m having some issues with my client not receiving new order notifications for orders that are On-Hold.

    This feature used to work. But now for some reason, when there is a new order placed and the payment hasn’t been processed a new order notification does not get sent to my client. Usually when a payment has not gone through and an order has the On-Hold status, the client used to receive a new order notification regardless.

    How do I turn this option back on so that the client still receives a new order notification email when any orders are placed regardless of their status?

    Hi @adisanarula

    As you mentioned that this feature used to work before, do you remember making any changes before the issue started such as updating or installing plugins?

    This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
