On hold or cancelled orders

I do not understand where is mistake.

I am using this plugin(last v.) to receive payments and have some problem with unpaid orders..

Shortly – they always stays in status “On hold” and do not switch to “Canceled” after 60 min. ( Inventory settings – is 60 min)

Is it because status have to be “Pending” or something wrong with combination “plugin – woocommerce” that they do understand each other?
