    Hello,

    I am trying to send an email when on-hold status is set in an order.

    What happens now, is that when an order is set as on-hold or as processing, the “customer processing order” email is sent.

    What I need, is this email to be sent only on orders with “processing” status and send a different email for all orders with on-hold status.

    WC 2.6 will include a separate on hold email.

    Hello,
    i use Woocommerce 2.6.8 und WordPress 4.6.1. and Woocommerce germanized and have still the same issue.
    Only one email, the email for processing status (customer-processing-order.php) is sent for both status: “on hold” AND “processing”!
    The customer-on-hold.php but will not be used.

    Do you have any ideas?

    Hello,
    I have the same issue with hpz49. The on hold email wont be able to sent . whenever I tried to change status . I want on hold email to use by notification to customer who haven’t pay money .

    Please help to check this issue. thanks!

    I have the same problem. Im using the latest versions of wordpress, woocommerce and germanized… Would be awesome if someone could help us out!

    I haven’t tried the latest woocommerce version to see if it includes the on hold email as Mike said.

    Nevertheless to overcome the problem, back then, I used a plugin you can find here: https://el.www.ads-software.com/plugins/woo-custom-emails/ that allows custom emails per actions you choose.

    There is an “on-hold order email” in woocommerce 2.6.

    But instead of the on “on-hold order email” the “customer processing order” is sent out to the customer (twice)…

    I am trying to resend the “on hold” email from order actions but there is not an option. Is there any way to do that? My problem is that I edit an order and I want to send the revised order to the customer. Any solutions?
