On Hold SMS Not Getting Sent

    Sir,

    in Woocommerce, the plugin is not sending “ON Hold” message text. Means….

    Processing message is OK and being sent to the customer.
    Completed message is OK and being sent to the customer.

    But On HOLD message is NOT triggered. I’ve filled a message in on Hold but its not being sent.

    Also, how to send a Cancelled message….. Means there is “Cancelled” status in Woocommerce but I don’t see any way to send an SMS when order status is changed to “Cancelled”.

    Please assist. I’m willing to pay for custom features.. Pls assist.

    On-hold status messages work fine, check your WooCommerce installation, maybe any other plugin makes changes in your own installation.
