• I am in CST, so I have chosen Chicago as my time zone. Ever since the time changed last weekend (though I didn’t notice this until a few days ago) the time that appears at the top of the page on JetPack/Site Stats is an hour later than my actual time.

I have tried to change the time zone to another, save it, and change back, but the time never changes. Even when I save in another time zone, the time stays an hour later than CST.

    Help! Thanks!

  • same problem for me too. I’m in the central time zone too. I emailed their support link and haven’t rec’d a reply. That was about a week ago.

hmfwic – I got an email and it said that while they were figuring this out, I was to change my time zone to UTC-7. I ended up having to put in UTC-6 and now I have the correct time.

I don’t know if this is a temporary solution or what, but it worked.

thanks. UTC-6 produced the right time in the stats page. I guess that’s right for Central time zone in Standard Time (CST).
