On mobile bottom menu full width, rest of website left justified about 25%

    pic of problem. website to left and bottom menu full width

    I can’t figure out how to make the background of my website on a cell phone be not the pixel width of that of a desktop.
    And yet the bottom menu bar is full width, so I have to scroll the whole site over to see the labels.
