On multisite, always reverts to master

Attempted to use this on multisite .. 2 serious problems. First, if you do not network activate, you cannot save anything (get the insufficient permissions message) … if you run it network activated, if you attempt to save on any site on the network, your popup gets saved to the network master site instead.
