On my website frontend “Attachment” functionality not work

  • Hello support team , i have one issue in this plugin.the client/customer can not attach images , pdf, and video on frontend.All other Work fine . but attachment not work it always popup invalid file type.

    Thank you for getting in touch, we do appreciate your time.

    Unfortunately, some files are automatically blocked if flagged by our upload checks. There are many factors which may cause a file to be flagged as ‘not allowed’.

    Could I ask you to open a ticket with us here: https://wp-livechat.com/contact-us/ – So that we can discuss this in further detail, obtain one of the files being rejected currently, and look into a possible solution for you?

    Sorry, I am having this same issue. I visited the page you set but it is no longer active. Please help. It does this with all images both front-end user side and back-end admin side. .jpg .png .pdf none of these work on either side.
