@fomenkoandrey – Sorry to hear your having trouble. The missing menu item generally means that either you don’t have full admin permissions or that the edit_theme permission has been disabled on your site/server.

That said the scroll bar issue you mentioned has a couple potential causes, all with their own fixes, but it is easily fixable with documented solutions. I can’t recommend enough that its better to commit to the newer replacement plugin and work out the kinks than it is to use this one which received little dev attention and has no full time support staff. Popup Maker on the other hand has constant active development and a full time support team.

Also PM can do things out of the box that you couldn’t even imagine doing with EM, even with custom development.

    Hope that helps.

Once again tried to put a popup-maker.
It was only solution #1 that helped – the complete disabling of the overlay, which does not look very nice.
Solution #2 did not affect the results in both browsers.
Solution #3 made it even worse – in chrome the window began to jump just like in the firefox.
I would like to switch to a new plug-in, but the essence of solving the problem with jumping windows in the popup-maker with the overlay turned on is no (((

I described the plug-in problem at its support forum
