On plugin deletion will the settings/changes go too?

I’ve had my MultiSite for years. Recently my sites have timed out for some users. At my work and at a friend’s home. Yoast is the best suspect for this. I need to deactivate/ delete the plugin.
Will whatever changes/settings created by Yoast be eliminated too?
If not, what can I do to reset? I made no changes in the settings.Thank you
