On Sale Bug – Sale flash not disappearing after sale

I have a store with 3 variations of each product.

Variation 1 price = 150, sku 100
Variation 2 price = 150, sku 100
Variation 3 price = 150, sale price 0, sku 5.

My hope was that once variation 3 is sold out:
– the sale flash would disappear,
– the price would read 150 and not “0 – 150” as it did during the sale.

Can anyone help me with this? I would really appreciate it.
