on scrolling down menu is not showing

when i scroll up my web page the sticky menu is showing,but when i scroll down the page the sticky menu is not showing on mobile view.
the plugin was working correctly but when i change my theme and again activate the first one then the problem is showing.
any idea how to fix it back.
some time it is working and some time not.
