    Hi,

I’ve been trying to get Klarna Payments to work on our site funkypaw.com

We’ve done everything by the book but still Klarna resources won’t show up on product and cart pages.

We use both Litespeed caching and Cloudflare on our site

We tried to exclude the Klarna script ” eu-library.klarnaservices.com/lib.js ”

    But no luck

Klarna payments plugin works totally fine to capture the payments on checkout, although I don’t understand why “pay in 3 installments option” never works, but “pay in 30 days” works

In summary, checkout method works but on-site messaging doesn’t work, it never loads until we add the product to the basket, then on-site messaging appears on product pages

    What may be the cause?

    Hi,

I can’t see that the plugin is running anything on the product pages as you describe. No JS is loaded etc. This looks like a caching issue.

Can you turn off all caching/minification of html, js and css and see if it works then?

    Thank you for your response

It worked after disabling the caching plugin Litespeed.

How can we make it work with the caching plugin?

    Hi @ceyhunyildiz

Can you make exceptions for the files in the plugin in your JS, html, css minification settings?

Yes we can, after we excluded https://eu-library.klarnaservices.com/lib.js in the caching plugin Tuning section, all the on-site messaging loaded perfectly now.

That was a Litespeed caching issue and it is easy to fix by adding the library to exclusion list

    Hi!

Great! Can you perhaps post a screenshot here to show others where you did this if possible?
