On slug CALENDAR page, the links to access each individual event is not working

    Current versions:
    The Events Calendar: 5.1.2.1
    The Events Calendar Extension: Calendar Customizer: 1.0.0
    The Events Calendar PRO: 5.1.2

    PROBLEM:
    When visiting the slug CALENDAR page, (https://cahsi.utep.edu/calendar/) I cannot access each individual event when clicking on the title of the event.
    The link redirects to the same CALENDAR page.

    I have flushed the permalinks, disable and enable the plug-in but the problem hasn’t been fixed.

    Hi @sjaure , thanks for replying

    I just disabled the “Enable updated designs fo all calendar views” on events settings, when back to the old format.
    I liked the new display, but if I activate it the permalinks do not work. My client insists on using the new design, can you please advice?

    Hi there @isabelolivares!
    Hope that you’re still good ??

    Can you please enable updated views under “Events > Settings > Display > Use updated calendar designs” and run our Testing for Conflicts while you have this enabled?

    This test should point you which plugin is causing conflict with Events Calendar or if your theme is responsible for the issue.

    Please give a try and let us know results you got

    I have enabled the “use updated calendar designs” and I’m still getting the same error.
    When trying to access individual events, the link redirects to calendar page.

    Please advise.
