On submitting form one can download of pdf

Hi Sir/Madam,

I am using contact form 7, on submitting a form one should be able to download pdf.Help me to solve this please.

There is download Q1 report in footer click on that u get pop up there a form after submitting this form anyone can be able to download the pdf.
